Diary AI doesn't collect any user personal data. For other data that Diary AI collected are:

i. Newsletter where user name and email address are collected to receive Newsletter.

ii. Error report where device id and error log are collected when app crashes or not responding.

2. Purpose of Information

Purpose of user name and email data collection is to receive newsletter, and purpose of error report data collection are for product improvement such as to fix software bugs.

3. Third-party sharing

Data collected by Data AI are not shared to third party.

4. Data security

Since data are not share to third party, responsibility for data security are only within Diary AI.

5. User rights

Data collected by Diary AI App have data retention of 30 days. User are able to request for immediate data deletion fill up data deletion form at https://diaryai.co/data-delete.html
